Our family gymnastics class is a fun, active class designed for parents and children to learn, play, and grow together in a supportive enviroment. Perfect for familes with children 4 year+, this class combines the fundamentals of gymnastics with interactive games, group activities and skill building exercises that promote strength, coordination and confidence. You will also get the chance to have free time on the equipment.
