BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN SOFT PLAY AND STRUCTURED GYMNASTICS
2 - 4 YEARS
At CGA, we understand that there are times when children may not be inclined to participate in a structured class, while parents still wish for them to have the chance to explore new learning opportunities. This class offers the ideal blend of stress-free exploration and structured learning for both children and their parents.
2.5 - 3 YEARS
Our 2.5 - 3 years classes are coach and parent led sessions where children.
Children will enjoy learning new hand eye co-orindation skills with hand apparatus and then are encouraged to follow gymnastics circuits with their grown ups shown by our coaches.
This program follows the British Gymnastics Rise Discovery 1 Award.
PRE PRIMARY
This class is for children attending school in September 2026. This is a coach led only session whilst parents can sit back and relax.
Children will enjoy learning new hand apparatus skills and then will go on gymnastics circuits around the gym with their coaches.
This program follows the British Gymnastics Discover 2 & 3 Awards.
