BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN SOFT PLAY AND STRUCTURED GYMNASTICS
2 - 4 YEARS
At CGA, we understand that there are times when children may not be inclined to participate in a structured class, while parents still wish for them to have the chance to explore new learning opportunities. This class offers the ideal blend of stress-free exploration and structured learning for both children and their parents.
2.5 - 3 YEARS
Our 2.5–3 years classes are coach-led sessions with parents actively involved, assisting their child throughout.
Children develop hand-eye coordination using a range of apparatus before following structured gymnastics circuits alongside their grown-ups, guided by our coaches.
This programme follows the British Gymnastics Rise Discovery 1 Award.
PRE PRIMARY
This class is for children starting school in September 2026. It is a fully coach-led session, allowing parents to sit back, relax and view the session from our cafe area.
Children will develop skills using hand apparatus before progressing onto structured gymnastics circuits around the gym with their coaches.
This programme follows the British Gymnastics Discover 2 & 3 Awards.
