Service Description

Once you’ve successfully booked your class and paid the trial fee, you will automatically receive an email with the next steps. This will include instructions on setting up your monthly direct debit payment, the CGA registration form, and a link to sign up for British Gymnastics Membership. Please ensure these are completed before your second session. If you are unable to attend your trial session and have not informed us in advance, we will offer the space to the next available customer. Let the gymnastics fun begin! Free G is freestyle gymnastics with acrobatic tricks, kicks & leaps made famous though martial arts and stunt actors. Free G gets you moving and your heart racing, the skills you will learn will transfer into other sports such as boarding, skiing, surfing, biking etc . When competent you will also have the added thrill of a game of FreeG Tag!
