Service Description
This booking is for your trial session only. Once your child has attended their trial session, we’ll send you a follow-up email to see how they enjoyed it and whether they would like to continue with weekly classes at CGA. If you decide to continue, our follow-up email will include: - Information on setting up your monthly Direct Debit - A link to complete the CGA registration form - A link to the British Gymnastics website, where you’ll need to set up a British Gymnastics membership for insurance purposes. (Please note: British Gymnastics membership is not required for our 2.5–3 years pre-school gymnastics classes.) If you’re unable to attend your trial session, please let us know in advance by emailing corshamgymnasticacademy@gmail.com If you do not attend your trial session and haven’t contacted us beforehand, we may offer your space to the next available customer. Cancellation Policy
You need to pay the booking fee to secure your place in the class. Once you have completed and payed the joining fee please set up your direct debit payment before attending your first session. You will be billed for the rest of the remaining weeks of the month and then an automated direct debit will charge your account on the 1st of each month. PLEASE NOTE: The monthly Direct Debit does NOT apply to stay & play sessions. The Stay & Play sessions are pay as you go sessions. Cancellation Policy for Stay & Play sessions - refunds will not be given for cancellations. The team can re-schedule the session should you not be able to attend, 24hrs notice required. Classes - pay monthly - You must notify us via email if you would like to cancel your class. You will be able to attend the rest of your sessions within your final billing period. No refunds will be given for sessions not attended in final billing period.
