Our Personal Trainers: Volunteers with a Mission
Our personal trainers are dedicated volunteers committed to giving back to the community and supporting you on your fitness journey. All funds raised are directly reinvested into CGA to purchase new equipment and maintain our community space.

SESSION TYPES

PRIVATE SESSIONS
You can book with one of our coaches. You can choose to either do a private personal training session or pair up with a friend and get a discount for a 2:1 session. Let us know what your goals are we will personalise the session for you.

GROUP SESSIONS
We maintain a 6:1 ratio to ensure you receive the highest quality from your session.
Choose from Fitness & Strength sessions & body weight training sessions

WORKSHOPS
With expert guidance from our highly qualified gymnastics and adaptive CrossFit coach, you can participate in a 1.5-hour session focused on improving your handstand techniques and gymnastics movements to enhance your CrossFit workouts.
