Mobility & Flexibility
Learn different stretching techniques to prevent injuries and improve shoulder flexiblity for handstand work
Rings
For our next workshop we will be working skills on the rings for a full body workout
Bar
We wil be focusing on the muscle up! With the use of resistant bands, wood and metal bars you will get to test your stregnth and learn the mechanics of the muscle up.
