You'll kick things off with fun warm-up games, then enjoy dedicated time in the gymnasium to explore gymnastics equipment—perfect for practicing skills or just having some fun. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, this class is designed to challenge and inspire in a supportive environment.

Mobility & Flexibility

Learn different stretching techniques to prevent injuries and improve shoulder flexiblity for handstand work

Rings

For our next workshop we will be working skills on the rings for a full body workout

Bar

We wil be focusing on the muscle up! With the use of resistant bands, wood and metal bars you will get to test your stregnth and learn the mechanics of the muscle up.
